Were so excited to announce our first ever summer masterclass series.
This series includes 5 2 hour masterclasses over the course of 5 months. They can be purchased separately or in a bundle. Our bundle package offers all 5 masterclasses for the price of 4. Each masterclass will come with a recording of the class, a copy of the PowerPoint and a work page containing notes and take home activities. Each class will be hosted on zoom and links will be sent out withing 24 hours of purchasing tickets.

The Foundations of Wellness: The Building Block Principles May 30th 2pm est. We will be discussing our 4 foundations and our Building Block approach to wellness
Body Builders: Developing a Better Relationship With Your Body June 27th 2pm est. This class is designed to help you create a healthier relationship with your body and understand its innate wisdom
The Mindfull Mindsets: Creating Automatic Mindfull Habits July 18th 2pm est. We will be learning how to utilize mindfulness to create more automatic habits in an easy and cohesive way
A Satisfied Spirit: Finding 15 Minutes of Bliss August 23rd 2pm est. We will be learning why and how to find 15 min a day to do thing that make you happy
A Connected Presence: Showing up Authentically in Your Relationships September 26th 2pm est. We will be learning the importance of authentic expression within your social circles and Plug-n-Plays to help you express yourself fully.
